Academic Deputy Head: Visionary Curriculum Leader

Wimbledon Common Prep School seeks a dedicated Deputy Head of Academics from mid November 2026 to lead a first-rate curriculum and school improvement across our 4-7 age range. The post holder will drive academic excellence, share expertise with staff, and contribute to the whole life of the school.

You will lead data-informed decision making, mentor teachers, and uphold safeguarding and inclusivity while modelling professional resilience and compassion.
