Absence & Wellbeing Lead - Senior People Advisor

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor - Absence Management Specialist to lead a proactive and impactful approach to employee wellbeing and attendance management across Estates, Facilities and MES services. The post emphasises supporting staff through absence management and wellbeing initiatives.

This is a Band 6 role, full-time 37.5 hours per week, fixed term for 6 months initially, with potential extension to 18 months, depending on success.
