Your mission _Encourage the development of resident individuals and the enhancement of their skills through personalized actions. Coordinate projects for resident individuals and ensure their follow-up, as well as establish individualized goals based on the principle of reference. Support resident individuals in daily life tasks. Actively participate in the proper functioning of the residence and in the general care of resident individuals. Perform routine tasks related to the position. Participate in projects related to the profile. _ Diploma X or equivalent title with recognition of several years of experience in the field of disabilities. Knowledge of intellectual disabilities associated with autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of the medico-social network. Abilities in autonomy and task management. Writing skills and good mastery of tools. Willingness to work irregular hours and in Switzerland or with a work permit for a 70% activity rate. Start of activity: May 1st.
