Your missions: Offer our clients a warm welcome and personalized advice tailored to their needs. Organize the entire trip: transport, accommodation, activities, and travel documents, intervene in case of unforeseen events. Ensure the follow-up of files. Your profile: Confirmed experience in the travel sector. Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, with a sharp sense of responsibility. Excellent proficiency with tools (Amadeus, CETS, Umbrella). Perfect mastery of French and good knowledge of German or English. Ability to conceive and organize tailor-made and high-end trips.
