7.5 Tonne Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Dole is the largest distributor of fresh produce in the world and, due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for conscientious and experienced Drivers, based at our Total Produce site in Leicester

What you will need:

Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Driver Card

Experience of multi drop deliveries.

A flexible approach to work.

A Can Do attitude.

Comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Excellent customer service skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Promote a positive perception of the Company both internally and externally

Ø Undertake pre-loading checks as required

Ø Drive a range of vehicles up to 7.5t (subject to relevant licence)

Ø Completion of Daily Vehicle Checks and completion of all other relevant documentation

Ø Pre-chill the vehicle to the required standards

Ø Maintain vehicle temperature control as required for food safety or quality purposes

Ø Keep vehicle temperature performance records as instructed

Ø Be polite and courteous to customers and colleagues

Ø Full co-operation of customer site specific safety policies and procedures

Ø Comply with all Health and Safety and hygiene requirements

Ø Wear Company uniform as provided at all times

Ø Ensure the vehicle load compartment is maintained in a hygienic condition and associated records are kept up to date

Ø Undertake any training as deemed necessary by the Company

Ø Undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Monday-Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays

Approx 5am Starts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,000.00 per year
