Job Description

Caprice Holdings Ltd seeks a Head Chef to lead a 2-person galley aboard a 65m motor yacht, crafting high-quality Mediterranean menus and overseeing provisioning and budgeting in a luxury, fast-paced setting.

You will mentor the Sous Chef and collaborate with captain, crew, and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. STCW, Food Safety Level 2 and ENG1 are required; start by end-April.
