The Municipality of Estavayer is looking for a Secretary at 60% within the Water and Public Domain Service. The Water and Public Domain Service ensures the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of municipal infrastructures, roads, green spaces, and water treatment and drainage systems. As part of a team of three secretaries, you will ensure the operation of the service and perform tasks related to it and its respective sectors. You will also provide replacements as needed based on the profile:- CFC (Certificate of Federal Capacity) in business administration- Experience in a similar field, ideally for the Water and Public Domain- Mastery of spelling and French, good writing skills- Proficiency with standard office tools and ease of learning- Good interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others- Must demonstrate absolute discretion (confidentiality)- Team spirit, able to work autonomously- Versatile with the ability to adapt (hours) and availability- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks- Open to professional development (new software, etc.)The position start date is April 13 or to be agreed upon.
