5-Star Hotel Restaurant Manager: Lead Service & Revenue

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxurious 5-star hotel in Dublin South. You will lead the restaurant team, work closely with the kitchen and hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a solid grounding in food safety and licensing compliance. Working days are Tuesday to Saturday with mostly evening hours.
