Brilliant opportunity tojoin a friendly, experienced team in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Looking fora 4-6 session salaried GP (Partnership opportunities available forthe right candidate).Open to ST3s approaching CCT. We are a trainingpractice and would be happy to mentor and support if this was first role out oftraining.
Competitivesessional rate - based on experience and additional interests/roles
6 weeksannual leave and 1 week study leave (pro rata)
Home visitsrare except palliative patients as we have a visiting service
15 minuteappointments and a very manageable working day. Mix of pre booked F2F and calls(25 appointments a day)
Total Triageservice run primarily by brilliant ACP team.
Large team -5 Partners, 9 Salaried, 4 ACPs, 4 CPs and a wonderful nursing team. Approx16,000 patients.
A well-organised management and admin team providing full Docmanand secretarial support. Docman team filter out a huge number of documents each day. (limited paperwork for GPs)
Modernpurpose built building in a busy Cotswold town. Training practice with goodretention of trainees over the years. Loads of parking, shower facilities onsite.
We all meetfor lunch every day! A good time to discuss cases and have a chat with friendsand colleagues. Regular meetings for CPD.
A real focuson staff well-being and morale. Perfect for newly qualified GPs or those whohave left a more stressful work environment.
