The team is hiring BMS Service Engineers to play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising BMS systems across diverse client environments. This position involves providing technical support, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems run at peak efficiency, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Service, test, and calibrate BMS products and control elements (sensors, valves, dampers, etc.)
  • Operate, interrogate, and fault-find on BMS control panels & software (including DDC controls)
  • Diagnose and repair panels, instrumentation, actuators, and associated plant
  • Perform controller changes, control panel modifications, and small upgrades
  • Carry out plant and control condition surveys
  • Prepare accurate maintenance and survey reports
  • Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and service quality
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in BMS servicing on at least one of: Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or Tridium
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working independently and on client sites
  • Niagara or IQ Vision experience
  • Multi-system knowledge across BMS platforms
