360 Plant Operator

360 Plant Operator - Doncaster - 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established operational and recycling company for experienced 360 Plant Operators to join their team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience operating 360 excavators and other plant machinery within a busy operational environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience operating a 360 Grab and additional plant machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business offering long-term ongoing work with potential for permanent employment.

• Night shifts - 6pm-6am

• Opportunity to operate a range of plant machinery
• Safely and efficiently operate 360 plant machinery
• Operate a 360 Grab where required
• Carry out all required pre-use checks
• Identify and report any defects or maintenance issues
• Carry out regular maintenance checks
• Follow all site rules, procedures and operational requirements
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Monitor operations and report any irregularities
• Adhere to all HSE and PPE requirements
• Comply with company ISO and management system requirements
• Assist with tilter operations where required
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, management and site directors
• Work closely with the wider operational team
• Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement

About You:

• Previous experience operating a 360 excavator / plant machinery - essential
• Previous 360 Grab experience is highly advantageous
• Experience operating other plant machinery is desirable
• Able to confidently complete pre-use checks
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Able to identify potential hazards and report issues appropriately
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Confident using own initiative within a busy operational environment
• Willing to complete all required site training
• Flexible and able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Experience or certification in any of the following would be advantageous:

• 360 Grab
• FLT
• Shovel
• MEWP 3a & 3b
