Your main responsibilities:- Complete management of a portfolio of institutional and private real estate clients;- Marketing the properties, publishing ads, managing inquiries;- Establishing and negotiating rental leases, handling rents;- Conducting property inspections;- Managing claims;- Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the building by overseeing routine maintenance and repairs;- Inventorying and planning major works, requesting quotes, and ensuring proper execution;- Providing reports to property owners;- Representing the owner in dealings with public services and official bodies;- Contact with owners, authorities, companies, and tenants.Profile:- CFC in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in real estate (essential);- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in property management in Switzerland;- Very good technical knowledge of buildings;- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;- Proficiency in common tools, Quorum;- Responsible, independent, organized, rigorous, and proactive personality;- Comfortable with prioritization and customer service.
