2nd Line Support Engineer
London (Baker Street) - Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, Including Wednesdays)
£35-45k Base + Rapid Growth Opportunity

The Role:
- Own and resolve 2nd line (L2) support issues, digging into technical details
- Spot bugs and data mismatches-especially when pulling from the front end
- Write or suggest small fixes and new integrations
- Collaborate closely with QA and Engineering to troubleshoot and escalate
- Use spreadsheets confidently to validate and work with large datasets
You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support role (ideally within SaaS or tech)
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical curiosity
- Confidence using and troubleshooting spreadsheets
- A flexible mindset and willingness to get stuck into QA and other adjacent areas
- Exposure to QA processes or environments
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript (not required, but nice to have)
