Personal Assistant to the Head of Primary Care

In Edinburgh, the City of Edinburgh Council and NHS Lothian have integrated the planning and delivery of all community health and social care services for adults and older people. This work is directed by the Edinburgh Integration Joint Board and delivered by the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join the Edinburgh Primary Care Team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Primary Care.
The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, diary management, organisational and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
