This role is a new opportunity for an enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated individual to join the Medical Equipment Asset Management Team within the Capital Planning and Projects Department. The main scope of the role is the responsibility for operationally managing elements of the capital LMERG annual medical equipment replacement programme, facilitating and monitoring progress to ensure timescales and objectives are achieved within agreed budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the annual medical equipment replacement programme.
• Ensure programme progress meets agreed timescales, objectives and budget constraints.
• Enhance existing datasets and develop new data collection methods to support the department's information needs.
• Encourage the development of understanding of medical equipment generic types to support asset management of replacement programmes.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High standard of interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating within a wider team.
• A proactive approach to developing technical knowledge related to medical equipment.
