Responsibilities

Provide joinery and carpentry services to meet the needs of the board healthcare facilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing of patients through planned maintenance, repair, and installation services that represent quality and value for money at all times.

Deliver a safe maintenance service to all elements of fabric, building, and construction infrastructure within the board's hospitals and premises, assisting in the development of the estates function into a customer focused range of services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated legal permission to work in the United Kingdom.
• Valid PVG Scheme membership/record for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult). If not currently a member, successful completion of a Disclosure Scotland assessment is required before appointment.
• Physical and personal ability to perform joinery, carpentry, and maintenance tasks in a safe and professional manner.
