MCS Group is exclusively recruiting on behalf of Translink for an Energy Project Manager. This is an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast.
The role:You will oversee the planning, organisation and delivery of Energy Management services and projects, with safety, commerciality, customer service and legislative compliance as key drivers. This includes leading change and influencing employee behaviours in energy management best practice. Key to this will be to provide effective energy efficiency expertise and project management delivery in a technically complex environment.
Essential Criteria:- Minimum of a Degree qualification, or equivalent, in an energy or engineering related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in successfully managing energy related projects.
- Experience of setting strategy and implementing energy management processes.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Experience of successfully collaborating with both cross divisional and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work streams across multiple disciplines.
- Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle to meet the requirements of the post in full.
