NHS Lothian are excited to be recruiting for an Information Officer in the Pharmacy Department, based at Waverley Court.
Working as part of a team to provide information, education and training within Yellow Card Centre Scotland and Medicines Information team.
To assist the senior pharmacist(s) YCC Scotland in delivering the work required by MHRA in respect to the Yellow Card Scheme and detailed in the Service Level Agreement. This includes promoting the scheme to potential reporters and completing workload statistics for MHRA.
To analyse data from the MHRA to prepare Health Board Reports and annual reports for YCC Scotland. Provide administrative assistance for databases in Medicines Information and Yellow Card Centre Scotland. To contribute to the management and maintenance of administrative systems and paper-based filing systems for both Medicines Information and YCC Scotland.

As this post is part time, the salary will be pro rata.
