Job Description

The Imperial - New Opening in Bloomsbury, London is seeking a confident Switchboard Coordinator. You'll be the voice of the hotel, connecting calls, assisting guests and ensuring seamless communication around the clock.

You'll operate NEC Business ConnECT, IP phones and PA systems, manage wake up calls and guest messages, and log communications across Opera and Telecom Eye. The role demands excellent English, a calm, organised mindset and strong customer service.
