To plan, manage and deliver agreed technical engineering project(s) which are required for the delivery of NHS Lothian Environmental Sustainability Development Framework and Action Plan and Net Zero Buildings Strategy ensuring that projects are delivered to timescales and budget and working collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders to support the delivery of the project objectives.
Where specific projects require a delivery team - (direct management of posts or of contractors, or indirect co ordination and day to day management of staff with responsibilities allocated to the project as part of their existing roles) develop, manage and be accountable for project delivery team and all associated budgets.
Manage two key energy supplier operational performance contracts held by the Environmental Sustainability Team.
