Job Description

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordinating functions to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of the recruitment service, including supplementary staffing, all specialties, and substantive Band 2 & 5 Nurse vacancies in line with policies and processes.
The post holder will provide high standards of communication, guidance, and support to NHS Lothian Managers concerning all aspects of recruitment, ensuring best practices are applied and compliance with NHS Lothian Recruitment Policies and employment legislation are adhered to.
