Our Sixth Form at Uxbridge College is responsible primarily for the delivery of A Level, AS, GCSE and BTEC Science courses and is based at the Uxbridge site. We have a track record of achieving strong results which places the Sixth Form amongst the top performing colleges nationally for A level progress. Results in A level Media are some of the strongest across the Sixth Form and have been consistently high for some time. For example, in % of students achieved an A - C grade.

We are seeking a full time Lecturer who will teach A Level and GCSE Media and GCSE English, on a fixed term basis until 27th November 2026.

You will possess a degree in a relevant subject and have successful teaching experience in Media up to Level 3, including A Level. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage young people aged 16-19.
