Blackstone Private Wealth's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in person experience that offers exposure across the firm, mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, and networking opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe role supports several areas of Blackstone Private Wealth, including fund development, marketing, capital raising, product management, client servicing, and business analytics.
Responsibilities- Support client management teams with fund due diligence, onboarding, market intelligence, and fundraising.
- Analyze business and market trends to provide targeted prospecting guidance to sales and service teams.
- Collaborate across Blackstone business units to drive and support Private Wealth initiatives.
- Present projects, analysis, and key insights to senior management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team driven mindset and desire to work in dynamic roles.
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge.
- Self motivation to find solutions independently and humility to acknowledge limits.
- Commitment to professional development and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent attention to detail and good judgment.
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master's student.
- Anticipated graduation: Summer 2028.
