The Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week program providing classroom and on-the-job training as well as valuable work experience. Recruits will be working alongside experienced colleagues on real projects, designed to offer a real-world, project-based experience that will demonstrate first-hand what it is like to be a technologist for a top financial firm. You will receive regular mentoring and coaching, as well as regular evaluation reviews to ensure your career is on track throughout your time with us and you continue to be developed along the way. Training Programme
Interns will participate in an induction process that provides an overview of the Firm and the Technology division. In addition to working on a live project, highlights include senior management networking events, team-building opportunities, and a technical speaker series.
Roles and Responsibilities
Application Development Teams: Our development teams build applications that enable our business to perform. Covering the full software development lifecycle, day to day they typically meet with clients to gather and analyse requirements; determine, design, and develop the optimal solutions for the problems our clients face; then test, deploy, and enhance the applications in production. They work on a wide range of applications from streamlining complex reporting workflows to high-performing, low-latency electronic trading systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree from a STEM background.
You should have an understanding of Operating Systems, familiar with foundations in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java or C++) with good problem-solving skills and a strong passion for Technology.
