What You'll Do- Deliver best-in-class customer care services to clients and guests
- Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Provide information and direction to customers
- Create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable event experience
- Flexible scheduling

- Minimum 1 year of customer care experience in Ireland
- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work weekends

Salary €14.25 per hour, Sunday Premium
