This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, global logistics business where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of European road freight for some of our most important clients.

What You'll Do:

As a Road Freight Operator - Key Accounts, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling the end-to-end movement of groupage freight across Europe.
• Managing day-to-day operations for high-value or high-volume clients.
• Maintaining strong communication with key customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
• Booking and tracking shipments, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Completing all necessary documentation, including customs paperwork.
• Supporting continuous improvement of service levels and customer satisfaction.
• At least 2 years' experience in European Road Freight (groupage essential).
• Strong understanding of taxable kilos, incoterms, and freight cost calculations.
• Proactive and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with customs clearance and key account coordination is advantageous.
• Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
