2 Early Career Teachers - Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing roles starting August 2026

Duties as Early Career Teachers:

• Teach full time across primary year groups as required
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with curriculum expectations
• Support pupils' progress across literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum areas
• Maintain consistent behaviour routines and promote positive learning habits
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet varied learning needs, including SEND
• Participate in assessments, marking, and progress reporting
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including phase and subject leads
• Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare

Ideal Early Career Teachers:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong foundational teaching skills
• Confident teaching across primary phases, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Effective classroom and behaviour management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development
• Able to motivate and support pupils of mixed abilities
• Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well being
