Job Description

We're seeking a driven Tier 1 Support Analyst for a leading organisation in Basingstoke! Join their Enterprise Services team, providing crucial helpdesk support to partners and end-users in a fast-paced, ISO 27001 accredited environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate level candidate with a passion for Cybersecurity to grow their skills.

Key Skills:

  • 1st Line Helpdesk support (phone, email, chat, portal)
  • Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • SLA management
  • Security event analysis & triage
  • Troubleshooting & fault finding
  • IP Network fundamentals
  • Customer service

The Role:

  • 24/7 shift pattern - 4 days on/4 days off rotation after initial onboarding
  • SOC responsibilities
  • Vendor training opportunities
  • 5 days on-site during probation period
