1st Line Engineer, London, Enhanced DBS, ASAP, 4 Weeks+, £Good

We are looking for a 1st Line Engineer, based in the London Area, In this role, you will manage the ticket life cycle by logging user issues and driving them through to resolution.

Key duties may also include handling password resets, with no advanced troubleshooting required.

You MUST have Enhanced DBS to be considered for this position.

The Person:

Must hold an Enhanced DBS check issued within the last 12 months.

Previous experience in a similar role as a 1st Line Support and with using ticketing systems

Excellent communication skills
