QUALIFICATIONS

• A clear understanding of the science of reading
• Skills in the use of technology for integration of curriculum and reporting
• Experience in differentiated instruction
• Preferred experience or training in:
  • Progress Monitoring using Acadience
  • Direct instruction intervention programs
  • Positive Behavior Support
  • CHAMPs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Participate in the school improvement process
• Instructional planning consistent with essential job functions and curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers to promote student achievement
• Grow professionally in the areas of change
• Engage students in daily STEM lessons
• Use project based learning, and teaching science outdoors to engage students.
• Participate in building and district committees
• Champion and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Other duties as assigned by administration
