12AB Traffic Management Foreman

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understanding and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work standards.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions: 12AB Traffic Management Foreman.
