Holding an AA Rosette for culinary excellence, the restaurant has built an excellent reputation for producing high-quality dishes using outstanding seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

The Role- Run your section confidently and independently while maintaining consistency and high standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on seasonal menu development
- Support and help develop junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
- Assist with stock management, sustainability and minimising food waste
- Deliver dishes to AA Rosette standards using fresh, local produce
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for cooking and fresh food
- Experience within a quality fresh-food kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ambition to progress into a Sous Chef role in the future
