1:1 Youth Mentor for SEN/SEMH - Community-Based Role

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH. This community-based role works beyond traditional classrooms to deliver safe, engaging learning experiences and to monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and maintain records.

You will build trusting relationships with vulnerable youths, collaborate with families and professionals, and ensure consistency by committing to at least three days per week.
