A caring and supportive mainstream primary school in Banbury is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This rewarding role involves working closely with a pupil with moderate additional needs, helping them to feel confident, included, and successful in their daily learning.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide individualised support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
Assist with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and daily routines
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo to follow tailored support plans
Encourage independence, positive engagement, and confidence
Help create a calm, safe, and encouraging learning environment
