1:1 SEN TA - Supporting EHCP Learners

We're working with an SEN setting supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs, many of whom need focused 1:1 support to access education again.
Key duties- Work 1:1 with a named student
- Support engagement with lessons and daily routines
- Use tailored strategies to meet EHCP targets
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Helping a student who may have struggled in mainstream education
- Supporting them to feel safe, understood, and capable
- Being a consistent, positive influence
- SEN experience preferred
- Strong communication and patience
- Ability to build trust over time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
