Milk Education are working in partnership with a range of secondary schools across Leeds to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable individuals for a split role combining 1:1 intervention support and cover supervision.

The Role:

This is a flexible supply position, ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking for varied and rewarding work.

You will:

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group intervention in core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
• Support students in closing learning gaps and boosting confidence
• Deliver pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor in the absence of teaching staff
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with students and staff across different schools

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduates (any subject, but core subjects are desirable)
• Individuals considering a career in teaching or education
• Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive individuals
• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
