1:1 Education Mentor for At-Risk Youth

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work with families, professionals and regional teams across the area.
