Equal Teaching in Wales is seeking empathetic and resilient individuals to support students with Additional Learning Needs in local schools. No teaching qualification is required; you just need patience, a sense of humour, and the ability to build strong relationships.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups to help every child shine, assist with positive behaviour, and promote independence. DBS and right to work in the UK are required. Flexible roles and competitive daily pay are on offer.
