This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves strategy, analytics, and collaboration, and wants to work at an agency investing heavily in SEO. We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join a growing digital agency serving local, national, and global brands.

Role: SEO Manager Contract: Permanent Location: Leeds

You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead SEO strategy, manage a small team, and drive organic growth through smart, future proof SEO.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of multiple SEO accounts, developing strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO specialists, helping them grow and deliver standout work.
• Conduct in depth technical and content audits to shape SEO roadmaps.
• Use tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.
• Manage link-building and outreach activity.
• Work closely with account managers and developers to ensure strategies are implemented effectively.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
• Experience managing a small team or mentoring others.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Solid understanding of on page, off page, and content SEO.
• Familiarity with AEO or interest in developing in this space.
• Confidence using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
