What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the plant site Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Assist with other duties as needed to support plant operations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and conditions Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
