Lecturer in Floristry at Capel Manor College to provide high-quality teaching and learning on Floristry courses.
Our School of Floristry offers a wide range of courses from Level 1 Foundation Diploma in Floristry through to the Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry. It also runs a number of short workshops throughout the year including a floral tablescape design workshop, floral design expression workshops, winter wreath and table decor workshop.
We are looking for an experienced Florist to join the team to teach on our Floristry courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floristry and for teaching and sharing their experience and knowledge. They will provide high quality teaching on the College's Floristry courses and ensure the effective learning of students being taught. This will involve preparing and delivering stimulating lessons, setting goals that stretch and challenge all students, monitoring and assessing student progress, giving feedback and consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which are expected of students.

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. The actual salary is £19,391.40-£29,880.90.
