Full-Time Dispensary Assistant - 40 Hours Per Week

What You'll Be Doing

Your day to day will be a mix of behind the scenes pharmacy work and front of shop customer care. You'll help keep everything running smoothly - and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately (with training and support)
• Assist the pharmacist with daily duties
• Serve customers with a smile and great advice
• Check stock, expiry dates and keep the shelves looking sharp
• Keep the dispensary clean and organised
• Help with paperwork, systems and prescription claims
• Respect patient confidentiality at all times
• Be a team player - always ready to help out

What We're Looking For

• A friendly face with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience in retail or pharmacy (bonus points)
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services - or happy to train
• Someone reliable, organised and eager to learn
