This five-week course from Chinese Plus will help you continue to develop your skills in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese at an intermediate level.

The knowledge you gain on this course will help you prepare for the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) level 3 test.

Discover essential Chinese vocabulary and grammar

Throughout the course, you’ll listen to different conversations to help you learn Chinese vocabulary you can use in everyday conversations.

You’ll also develop your understanding of Chinese grammar, including how to use the complement of possibility, approximate numbers and the structure 越A越B; how to express an interest and a period of time; and how to ask about location with 呢.

Develop your ability to read in Chinese

The course will give you plenty of opportunities to read Chinese characters and hone your skills.

You’ll be guided step-by-step to help you recognise 200 key Chinese characters.

Learn common Chinese phrases

To help aid your understanding of Chinese, you’ll listen to and learn common Chinese phrases.

By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese like a native.

This course is designed for anyone with experience in basic Chinese.
