The CompanyWe are pleased to be supporting one of our growing clients in their search for a customer focused, dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.The RoleAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.The Person• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.• Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and work flexibly as needed.• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management practices is desirable.• Proven track record of driving teams to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Experience in developing and training team members.• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.• Familiarity with safety regulations and certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Marshall, and First Aid certification.
