Position: Midday SupervisorLocation: Dukinfield, TamesideHours: 11:15am to 12:30pmPay: £14.30 per hourStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-time, Long-term

As a Midday Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, caring, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising students during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors
• Promoting positive behaviour and resolving any conflicts that may arise
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students
• Collaborating with school staff to support the overall well-being of students

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
