We work with primary schools and nurseries in the South London area, who are looking to recruit new Teaching Assistants to join their team both as soon as possible or starting in September.Your new roleYour new role will consist of supporting the class teacher, preparing the classroom and preparing materials and activities, ensuring the students are included and are keeping on task in core subjects. The majority of your time will be spent working on a one-to-one basis. However, you may be expected to take some small groups out,What you'll need to succeedThese Primary Schools & Nurseries are looking for Teaching Assistants with the below experience:

• A level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare and education or equivalent
• Experience planning activities
• A good understanding of the EYFS / National Curriculum.
• Ability to make observations and monitor child development
• Ability to work in a team and have strong communication skills
• A genuine enthusiasm to work with younger children
