SEND Teaching Assistant - Horley

I am currently working with a lovely Primary school in Horley who are urgently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support their primary-age pupils to start immediately.

The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:

• ASC (verbal and non-verbal)

• Learning difficulties

• Complex needs

The school caters for children with Autism and Complex Social Communication Needs. Some of the children also have severe or profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties,

We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with ASC and profound, multiple learning difficulties and are enthusiastic about raising the attainment of their pupils.You will ideally have experience in supporting children with special educational needs (professionally or personally) or will have a passion for working with students with Autism. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs.
