?Job Role: SEN HLTA (Higher Learning Assistant)
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Location: Wembley (Northwest London)
Contract Type: Long Term
Daily Rate: £100 per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to SEN students.
- Assist in implementing educational and therapeutic interventions.
- Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working with SEN students.
Ability to manage challenging behavior effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting.
Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service.
