The company:A reliable logistics company that specializes in domestic and international import and export services.
Main duties:Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients while offering a competitive road transport service.
The role:- To handle the daily tasks involved in freight forwarding operation- To consistently deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations- To establish a strong and enduring relationship with clients- To assist in providing quotations, negotiating rates, and organizing logistics services for clients- To facilitate competitive provision of road haulage services across Europe- To maintain regular communication through phone and email with both customers and hauliers- To coordinate and oversee the process of collecting and delivering goods with third-party contractors
The candidate:- Fluent in any European languages- Strong customer service skills- Relevant studies in Logistics, Supply Cain, Freight forwarding, or Transportation would be beneficial- Experience in Road Transport, European Road freight, or Freight Forwarding would be advantageous but not essential- Confident communicator with a proactive personality- IT literate, confident MS Office user
