Job Description

As a sustainability and climate change solicitor will be;

• Developing and implement sustainability and climate change strategies for clients.
• Engage with clients to provide expert advice on climate change risks and opportunities.
• Lead and manage sustainability-focused projects.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance and progress.
• Create and deliver training modules on sustainability and climate change for staff.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Contribute to the development of new services and offerings in line with sustainability trends.
• Manage a team, providing guidance, support and performance evaluations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful climate change sustainability associate should have:

• England & Wales Solicitors qualification.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainability and climate change strategies within a professional services context.
• Excellent understanding of climate change legislation and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
